My daughter got small butt length knotless; my child is very hard to please and picky when it comes to her hair. I typically braid it myself, but I was too tired so I booked with AJ. After booking, AJ immediately provided me with details for the appointment. Her communication is effective, she’s professional, accommodating, and so kind. When we arrived to the appointment, I realized I booked the wrong service on accident—rushing and not reading details. She wasn’t upset with me or rude about it. Instead, she explained things so clearly and accommodated my daughter so willingly. She provided insight and suggestions and helped us pick the right service to meet my child’s wants. My daughter stated the environment was cozy, relaxing, safe, and she loved that there were snacks. I highly recommend AJ for braiding needs.

I love love love my hair! Exceptional service! Very nice and quick! Everything about her service is wonderful! On top of that she even gives you snacks with water and a cold drink which is a double plus for me lol.

Omg she is professional, quick, and very accommodating. She even had snacks and beverages along with access to watch whatever I wanted. I have long thick hair and of course I’m tender headed but she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be booking again and referring her to all my people!
